EDC Client, Collective Data, Receives High Marks for Client Satisfaction in 2014

Cedar Rapids, Iowa – December 15, 2014 – Collective Data, Inc., a leading provider of fleet and asset management software that is known for helping companies and organizations improve productivity while reducing operating costs, has received another year of high ratings from their annual client satisfaction survey. The survey focuses on satisfaction with the software reliability, ease of use, value and features, customer support, training staff, and options they would like to see in the future.

This year, Collective Data received a 90% satisfied support rating, which is consistent with previous years in the ninety percentile range. The customer satisfaction survey has been deployed out every year since 2009 to all of their customers.

“Once again we are overwhelmed with amazing feedback and are encouraged that we are doing a lot right,” said Jason Wonase, President and CEO of Collective Data. “But as usual, we identified some areas that we can improve on and that feedback is a big part of what will drive our initiatives for 2015.
