CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – August 23, 2011 – Three EDC clients have been named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. Clickstop, an internet and retail marketer, based in Urbana, Iowa, made the list for the second year in a row, placing 913th on the 2011 list with a three-year growth rate of more than 334%. The company ranked 37th in the Retail category. Geonetric, a web solutions provider for the healthcare industry, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, made the list for the fifth year in a row and was number 2,804 on this year’s list (with a three-year growth rate of 78%). Hiawatha-based MobileDemand, maker of rugged tablet PCs, was ranked 2,978 on the 2011 list with a 70% three-year growth rate.

Geonetric helps hospitals and health systems develop and implement web strategies to engage their patients and communities online. Its clients range from large health systems to small specialty hospitals.
MobileDemand is a leading provider of rugged tablet computers for mission-critical computing in a variety of industries including Food and Beverage Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, Agriculture, Utilities, Military and Public Sector. The growing company moved into a larger facility this past spring.
These three companies will be featured in the September issue of Inc. magazine. There are 28 other Iowa-based companies on this year’s list. The Inc. 5000 list is a ranking of United States-based, privately held, for profit and independent companies according to percentage revenue growth for the last three years. These EDC clients join a select group of companies identified by Inc. magazine to receive this award, a symbol of American business ingenuity and ambition.
