Kathleen Kleiman is a member of Simmons Perrine PLC where she provides counsel to businesses in all aspects of commercial transactions. Having over 35 years of experience, Ms. Kleiman is well-versed on the variety and complexity of issues relating to initial business structure, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, equity incentive plans, and securities issues. Ms. Kleiman is a graduate of Yale Law School and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
