Sobaski has led the company as it grew into regional and national retail store distribution, from utilization of an outside co-packer to her own dedicated allergen-free production facility, and three years ago, to her first investors, which enabled the purchase of new equipment and additional talent needed to compete in a growing and very crowded gluten-free category. “We have always received great feedback from consumers about the taste and nutrition of our mixes, so it’s very nice to know that we are increasing our reach and availability to more consumers, in more markets,” said Sobaski. “Our growth has outpaced the category in the past few years and that is very exciting for us.”
